Kelly Creedon

Kelly Creedon is a documentary film and video editor based in the southeastern US.Her film editing credits include the feature-length documentaries LOVE, JOY & POWER: TOOLS FOR LIBERATION (DOC NYC 2025), BRIEF TENDER LIGHT (POV 2024), MAMA BEARS (SXSW 2022), JIMMY IN SAIGON (BFI Flare 2022), FARMSTEADERS (POV 2019) and YOU GAVE ME A SONG: THE LIFE AND MUSIC OF ALICE GERRARD (Full Frame 2019), as well as the documentary short SANTUARIO (Tribeca Film Institute IF/THEN 2018). She is the recipient of a 2018-2019 Artist Fellowship Award from the North Carolina Arts Council.Kelly also collaborates with mission-driven organizations to support their work through compelling visual and audio storytelling. Her clients have included the Skoll Foundation, SEIU, StoryMine Media, City Life/Vida Urbana, Community Labor United and the Workers Rights Consortium, among others.She has taught visual journalism and documentary storytelling at the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University and the UNC Chapel Hill School of Media and Journalism, where she received her MA in Visual Communication.
